However, interested parties may invest in the Coles Hill project by purchasing shares of Virginia Energy Resources. Virginia Energy Resources, a public company traded on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange, owns a 29.4 percent interest in VA Uranium Holdings, Inc., which in turn owns 100 percent of the subsidiary, Virginia Uranium, Inc.
